Within a short span of time, in the year 2002, J and J Global (Pvt) was highly successful in
obtaining the accreditation of the world renown and prestigious ABE – UK, which was a crowning
glory of this fledgling Institution. Association of Business Executives or ABE -UK was founded
in1973, by a group of industrialists, Educationalist and politician as non-profit making institute.
On its ascendancy to the fame of glory it has established a network of affiliates amongst
leading colleges both in UK and Cyprus. The ABE –UK offers courses in Business Administration,
Information Systems, Travel, Tourism and Hospitality.

In the year 2004 J and J Global (Pvt) Ltd turned a new leaf within their short history of
existences. They made an all-important decision to strategically merge with PCS on an
ambitious common program with a view to widen their scope of activities. Their vision was to
cater a modern brand of quality study courses to suit the ever-changing vibrant needs of a
demanding segment of the populace, who are on the hunt to widen their horizon of
knowledge for a better and brighter future. From this merger emerged the ALL BRIGHT COLLEGE
which is all spruced and fine tuned to serve with a mission to achieve the objectives and
aspirations of all those who seek.

PCS or Prologic Computer Systems commenced its operations in 2001 as a private concern
primarily to conduct a few basic IT related courses for beginners and school leavers. As time
passed by they ventured further to provide high ended professional IT courses such as MCSE
– Microsoft Certified System Engineering, CCNA – Cisco Certified Network Associates,
Diploma in Information Technology and Diploma In Graphic Designing. With this
combination they are now in a position to offer these courses under the new college established.

The college ideally located is nestled in the heart of Kandy, amongst the salubrious climes of
the historical hill capital of the South East Asian Country Sri Lanaka. The Management has taken
special care and pain to provide the ideal environment for the student to carry on with their
education in spacious, cozy and comfortable classrooms. A well screened and hand picked
panel of lecturers are at service to dish out a meticulously planned lectures. The tutors are a
lot who are experienced, well versed and have the necessary expertise in the subjects they
handle.
